Job Summary:The Sales Associate is responsible for selling products and services to customers.They must be able to demonstrate a strong desire to succeed, be coachable, have a positive attitude, and be able to follow the procedures for customer service.This position requires strong communication skills.They will work closely with the Store Manager.This position requires strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task.The Sales Associate will work closely with the Inventory Supervisor.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:The essential duties and responsibilities include:Meet or exceed sales goals by achieving sales in all areas of the store; including product knowledge, best practices for product knowledge, product display areas, product price information, product showroom area, and back room area.Ensure customer satisfaction by providing information on products and services; answering questions about products and services; assisting customers with purchasing options; responding to customer complaints about products and services; processing returns; completing inventory control procedures.Maintain sales records by entering sales data daily; maintaining records of customer orders by completing daily sales reports on computer.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$750.00 - $1,000.00 per week Benefits:Flexible schedule Paid training Schedule:8 hour shift Experience:Customer service:3 years (Required) Work Location:On the road.
