A company is looking for a Sales Onboarding Manager, DX. Key Responsibilities Design and implement training programs to enhance the expertise of new DX Account Executives Collaborate with sales leadership to create a comprehensive onboarding experience Monitor and provide feedback on the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively ramped up Required Qualifications Deep understanding of the sales process and enterprise selling skills Experience in assessing sales learning needs and developing relevant content Proven ability to collaborate and influence across all organizational levels Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required Proficient in creating skill-based and application-oriented learning experiences
