(Onsite or Remote | Temp-to-Hire) Must Have HubSpot Experience AI Automation & Claude experience strongly preferred Pay: $24–$28/hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time (Eastern Time Preferred) Location Onsite: Winter Park, FL 32792 OR Remote (must live in): CO, FL, GA, MI, NJ, NY, PA, TN, TX, WI, IL, SC About The Role We’re hiring a Sales Operations Assistant to support a fast-growing influencer marketing tech company. This role is a 50/50 split between traditional sales operations/admin support and AI-powered automation work . You’ll help manage leads, support the sales team, and leverage modern AI tools to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and move deals through the pipeline faster. If you enjoy HubSpot, sales support, and using AI tools like Claude to automate and optimize work—this is a great opportunity in a high-growth startup environment. Key Responsibilities Sales Operations / Admin (50%) Manage HubSpot CRM (open leads, update pipeline, track deals, close stale deals) Qualify inbound leads and assign to the sales team Support sales team in moving deals through the funnel Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and qualify leads Build reports and track sales activity Schedule meetings and support day-to-day sales operations Assist with outreach tied to influencer marketing campaigns AI / Automation Support (50%) Leverage AI tools (including Claude) to streamline workflows and communication Support automation of repetitive sales and CRM tasks Help improve lead management efficiency using AI-assisted processes Identify opportunities to optimize HubSpot usage through automation Assist in building scalable workflows for sales operations Required Qualifications 1+ year of hands-on HubSpot experience (REQUIRED) Opening leads Managing pipeline Supporting deals through close Experience supporting a sales team in a fast-paced environment Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator Strong Google Suite skills (Docs, Sheets, etc.) Tech-savvy, organized, and able to multitask Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI tools and automation workflows Familiarity with Claude or similar AI platforms Experience improving processes using automation or AI-assisted tools Interest in beauty and influencer marketing industry What We’re Looking For Someone who takes ownership of leads and drives deals forward Strong communicator with excellent follow-through Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable balancing admin + AI-driven work Curious, proactive, and tech-forward mindset Why You’ll Be Interested in This Role ?
