(No Experience Required) About the Company We are a fast-growing cost segregation firm helping real estate investors, developers, and business owners improve cash flow through engineered cost segregation studies.Our team operates at a high level of precision, professionalism, and efficiency, supporting clients nationwide.We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and driven professional to support both our sales and operations teams in delivering accurate projections, professional client deliverables, and seamless operational execution.Position Overview The Cost Segregation Analyst & Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting revenue growth and operational delivery.This individual will assist with projections, proposals, CRM management, client communication, and preparation of cost segregation study deliverables.This is a highly impactful role with strong growth potential into senior analyst, operations management, or sales roles for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities Sales Support & Proposal Preparation Prepare client projections, proposals, and supporting documentation Support sales team with deal preparation and administrative tasks Manage inbound client inquiries and assist with lead conversion Track deal status, follow-ups, and pipeline progress Maintain accurate client records and documentation CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain clean and accurate CRM data (Zoho CRM or similar) Track sales pipeline, conversion metrics, and deal progression Log client interactions and maintain organized records Build reports and dashboards to support leadership visibility Support CRM workflows, automation, and process improvements Cost Segregation Study & Report Support Generate and populate client-ready study reports and templates Compile and organize client-provided documentation Maintain standardized report formats and quality control Upload and manage deliverables in CRM and client portals Client Communication & Coordination Serve as a primary operational point of contact for clients Coordinate document collection and onboarding Schedule client calls and meetings Provide timely follow-ups and ensure excellent client experience Operations & Process Support Assist with improving internal systems, templates, and workflows Support operational reporting and process optimization Maintain documentation and SOPs Identify and help resolve process inefficiencies Qualifications Required Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines High level of professionalism and reliability Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite Comfort working with CRM systems and technology platforms Preferred (Not Required) Experience in cost segregation, accounting, real estate, or tax Experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms Experience preparing proposals or analytical reports Background in finance, business, engineering, or related field Ideal Candidate Profile (No experience required) The ideal candidate is the right person, not the right experience!
