Job Description
Belzona Florida LLC is the exclusive and authorized Distributor of Belzona products and solutions in the Southwest and Adjacent Mountain West States of the United States. We specialize in industrial repair materials and protective coatings that extend equipment life, prevent downtime, and reduce maintenance costs across various industries. We are looking for a Sales Processing and Shipping Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting both sales operations and warehouse logistics. Responsibilities Based in Glendale, AZ, this position is responsible for the day-to-day sales processing and shipping operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Fundamental duties necessary to achieve the objective of the position) Sales Processing & Support · Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within the company’s ERP systems. · Assist the sales team with quoting, order confirmation, and invoicing. · Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions. · Coordinate with sales teams to ensure order accuracy and fulfilment · Maintain records of sales transactions for audit and reporting Warehouse, Stock & Shipping Operations § Coordinate and execute daily shipping operations for ground and air freight orders. § Prepare, package, and label materials for shipment ensuring accuracy and compliance with transport regulations and carrier requirements. § Monitor inventory levels, conduct periodic stock counts, and report discrepancies. § Examine stock items for damage, defect, and.or expiration and report results § Assist with receiving incoming shipments and organizing warehouse stock. § Work closely with logistics partners to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role · Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) · Knowledge of or experience with CRM of ERP systems (Zoho preferred) · Familiar with 49 CFR and IATA regulations for the safe transport of hazardous materials KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions) · Time management and ability to multi-task with changing priorities, act with a sense of urgency when needed · Ability to work with others in a fast-paced work environment · Excellent attention-to-detail · Excellent organization and multitasking skills · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Team player · Ability to complete tasks quickly and accurately Must speak and write English to a high level of competency. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is not required but would be helpful. The candidate would primarily work in a warehouse setting and will be subject to physical demands including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying objects up to 50 pounds.
