You'll guide them through the buying process, from initial greetings to closing the deal, ensuring a positive and memorable experience every time. This role is ideal for outgoing personalities who excel at connecting with people and delivering top-notch service. Key Responsibilities Greet and engage customers on the lot, understanding their needs and preferences. Demonstrate vehicle features, conduct test drives, and provide expert advice on Kia products. Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed personal and team targets. Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional follow-up and service. Stay updated on inventory, promotions, and industry trends. Collaborate with the sales team and management to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Personality and Attitude: We're looking for candidates with a great personality, outstanding customer service skills, and a positive, can do attitude. These are our top priorities! Experience: Prior sales history is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Valid driver's license.
