Role Description We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Sales Professional to join our team at Kiton. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Houston, TX. The Sales Professional will focus on providing an exceptional customer experience through engaging consultations, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a strong knowledge of Kiton’s luxury product offerings. Responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, identifying customer needs, managing inventory, and ensuring the boutique operates efficiently and professionally. Qualifications Sales and Customer Service skills: Proven ability to excel in sales performance, deliver personalized service, and develop long-term client relationships. Product Knowledge and Presentation: Extensive knowledge of luxury clothing, fashion trends, and tailoring; ability to communicate style recommendations effectively. Organizational and Problem-Solving skills: Ability to manage inventory, handle customer queries, and resolve issues to enhance the customer experience. Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a dedicated and high-performing sales team. Professionalism: A commitment to upholding the highest standards of service and representing the Kiton brand with integrity. Prior experience: Retail or luxury sales experience preferred, ideally in high-end fashion or bespoke services. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in fashion, business, or a related field is a plus. Language proficiency: Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
