Duties Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services Provide kick-off opportunities to maximize sales and enhance customer experience Drive your personal or company vehicles safely along designated routes for product delivery and route sampling responsibilities Conduct sampling activities or trade events ensuring samples displayed are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards Perform medium weight lifting when handling inventory on deliveries as needed Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, pricing details, and customer interactions Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with primarily teachers and other school customers Experience in sales or customer service roles preferred; military experience is a plus for discipline and teamwork skills Understanding win/win scenarios while maintaining accurate records for pricing strategies to increase revenue opportunities Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in driving a forklift, or box truck driving is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly throughout the workday Excellent organizational skills for route planning, inventory management, and record keeping Basic math skills for handling transactions, pricing calculations, and route logistics Embark on a rewarding career where your energy and dedication make a real impact!
