Now Hiring: Retail Sales Associate – Outgoing & Self-Motivated Do you love talking to people and making sales? Are you someone who can confidently engage with customers, recommend products, and upsell on the spot? If so, we’d love to meet you! We are a well established crystal & metaphysical business with over 10 years of experience, and have a storefront in Hyannis. Our shop is the heart of our growing business, which includes fairs and festivals, wholesale and consignment, in store classes and an online store. We’re looking for a bubbly, self motivated team member to join us. Sales experience is preferred but not required. What matters most is that you’re comfortable approaching customers, making recommendations, and tracking your own sales to help the store grow. Position: Retail Sales Associate Location: AliCat Jewels, Hyannis, MA Hours: Full Time availability Pay: $15 per hr + commission, tips and bonus opportunities What You’ll Do ✔ Confidently talk to customers and guide them through purchases ✔ Upsell on the spot to increase store sales ✔ Take initiative in keeping the store organized, stocked, and running smoothly ✔ Help track and meet sales goals to ensure the store thrives ✔ Work efficiently during slower times, there’s always something to do!
