WORK ENVIRONMENT:Focused and fast-paced.We work with tight deadlines, so getting things done is a priority.We love to do a great job and we like to have fun while doing it.DESCRIPTIONAn Ideal Candidate for This Role:Personable, positive attitude, strong communicator.Attentive to client needs, a problem solver, always solution-oriented.Thrives in fast-paced work environments, focused, a multi-tasker.A fast learner, retains knowledge and asks questions.Key Responsibilities:Represent Stokes Sign Company positively.Learn sign grade materials/fabrication methods.Interact with clients by:email, phone, in-person, online chat.Create estimates and invoices based on customer's request.Monitor workflow queue for any updates on current projects.Effectively communicate with clients on project status.Effectively communicate with design/production/fabrication departments on customer expectations.Provide professional sincere advice to potential customers.Work comfortably in a production-based environment.Achieve individual sales goals as set by the sales manager.Take shifts at both Lakeway and Westlake locations.A background in art, business knowledge, creativity is a PLUS! Requirements:EDUCATION High School Diploma/GED (Required) Associates degree or equivalent work experience in a related field (Not Required) Bachelor's degree in related field (Not Required) EXPERIENCE 1 Year - Customer Service Industry SKILLS:Exceptional communication skills Strong organizational skills Strong typing skills - grammar, punctuation, spelling Attention to detail Solution oriented Multi-tasking skills, time-management Google Workspace Nice to Haves:Sign, print or advertising experience Marketing experience On Site: Full-Time/Entry Level 8 hour shift Monday - Friday (8:30 A.M. 5:00 P.M.)
