Territory Sales – Autoimmune & Infectious Disease Midwest (Chicago Territory) | Field-Based | Remote Compensation Base: $125K | Variable: $82.5K | OTE: ~$208K Full benefits, 401(k) match, PTO, car allowance, education support A global specialty diagnostics company is expanding its U.S. team and hiring an experienced IVD sales rep to own the Midwest territory. You’ll sell a clinically differentiated portfolio (IFA, ELISA, chemiluminescence, multiplex) across autoimmune and infectious disease, calling on labs, hospitals, and specialty physicians. Fully remote structure with strong cross-functional support. The Job Own the territory: pipeline, sales cycle, and revenue Drive new business while growing existing accounts Call on lab directors, pathologists, and specialists Lead evaluations, presentations, and ROI proposals Requirements 3–7+ years IVD/diagnostics sales experience Autoimmune or infectious disease background preferred Proven quota attainment; self-directed in a field role
