Job Description
Sales Representative – Door Hardware Manufacturer (Territory-Based) Overview We are a growing door hardware manufacturer looking to hire a results-driven Sales Representative to develop and manage a territory in California and in Taxes This role is focused on building relationships, generating new business, and growing existing accounts. You will work directly with distributors, contractors, and industry partners to position our products and drive consistent sales growth. Responsibilities Develop and grow a defined sales territory Build relationships with distributors, contractors, and industry partners Identify and pursue new business opportunities Maintain and expand existing customer accounts Present products, pricing, and solutions based on customer needs Track sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions Represent the company professionally in meetings and on-site visits Qualifications Proven experience in sales (industry experience is a plus, not required) Strong relationship-building and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage a territory Self-motivated with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory What We Offer Competitive compensation (base + commission structure) Opportunity to grow with a manufacturer Product training and ongoing support Long-term career potential for the right person Pay: From $65,000.00 per year Benefits Referral program Experience: Sales: 3 years (Required) Work Location: On the road
