Sales Representative – Fresh Produce Import | Commission-Based | Miami / Remote Are you a fresh produce professional with buyer relationships in the U.S. market? This is your chance to get in early. CAPLUS FRUITS LLC is a Miami-based fresh fruit importer bringing premium mangoes, mandarins, lemons, blueberries and other top-tier produce directly from Latin America — sourced from growers who own their fields across Peru, Ecuador, Chile and beyond. We're looking for our first U.S. Sales Representative to help us build our commercial presence from the ground up. Work directly with the founders — fast decisions, no bureaucracy Remote-friendly — we care about results, not location Responsibilities: Identify and develop relationships with U.S. retailers, distributors, wholesalers, foodservice operators and emerging markets including cosmetics, nutraceuticals and specialty food manufacturers Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing on behalf of CAPLUS FRUITS LLC Act on behalf of CAPLUS FRUITS LLC to develop commercial relationships and close deals in the U.S. market Provide market feedback to help shape our commercial strategy You're the right fit if you: Have existing relationships with U.S. fresh produce buyers including grocery chains, mid-size supermarkets, wholesale distributors, foodservice operators, or innovative industries such as cosmetics and nutraceuticals Understand how the American fresh produce market works Are self-motivated and comfortable with commission-based compensation Have knowledge of Latin American agriculture and supply chains — strong plus Are bilingual English/Spanish — preferred but not required Why join us now: The Latin American fresh produce market in the U.S. is booming.
