Position Overview The Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing sales across assigned international distributors for our licensed brands.This role combines account management, seasonal selling, sales analytics, and forecasting.The ideal candidate can independently manage relationships while using data and market trends to influence product strategy and commercial decisions. Key Responsibilities Own and manage day-to-day sales activities across assigned footwear brands with international distributors (accounts may be modified at the Company's discretion) Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding established sales targets Collaborate with internal teams to establish brand objectives and strategic plans Assist in developing and optimizing marketing campaigns (product launches and promotions) to increase profitability within budget parameters Identify and develop business growth opportunities; collaborate cross-functionally to implement plans Coordinate marketing initiatives with the Marketing/Creative department, including POP and market-specific needs Contribute to SKU planning, including new product introductions and carryover styles Monitor, evaluate, and analyze competitors, industry trends, and market conditions Coordinate seasonal line sheets and pricing data Generate reports on brand performance, sales metrics, and marketing initiatives Manage costing discussions with distributors Prepare sales projections for distributors, licensors, and internal teams Develop seasonal sales plans by brand and customer Coordinate trade shows and global sales meetings Prepare presentations and global meeting decks Manage internal and external calendars Work with licensing partners on forecast reports Communicate with overseas teams regarding sampling, shipment coordination, sales samples, order placement, and tracking Coordinate seasonal term sheets Oversee VCAT coordination and order portal setup Negotiate production orders internally and externally Create sell sheets for drop-in programs Manage customer service communication with distributors Maintain clear and consistent communication with licensors Liaise with design teams on product development alignment Coordinate with finance on promotional approvals Travel for retail meetings, trade shows, and internal collaboration Perform additional duties as assigned by sales leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field MUST HAVE 2-3 years of sales, merchandising or planning experience in the footwear industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding set goals Strong analytical and forecasting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy Solid negotiation skills and strong business acumen Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; strong PowerPoint skills preferred Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Results-driven, motivated, resilient, and adaptable Proactive problem-solver who demonstrates initiative Desire to grow within the company with various path options.
