Sales Representative – Data Cabling, AV & Access ControlLocation Raleigh-Durham, NC Area Travel Required Job Type Full-Time Compensation Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000 + Commission + Performance Bonuses About Us S2 Technologies is a growing low-voltage and technology integration company specializing in: Structured cabling Fiber optic installation Access control systems Security cameras AV / conference room solutions Network infrastructure Commercial technology solutions We work with general contractors, property managers, healthcare facilities, industrial clients, and commercial businesses throughout North Carolina and surrounding states. Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to help grow our commercial low-voltage division. This role is focused on generating new business opportunities, building relationships with contractors and business owners, and helping customers develop technology solutions for their facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands commercial construction, AV systems, low-voltage systems, or B2B sales and wants strong income potential in a rapidly growing industry. Responsibilities Generate new leads and sales opportunities Build relationships with general contractors, developers, and commercial clients Prospect through networking, cold calling, job site visits, and referrals Meet with customers to discuss project needs Coordinate with estimating and project management teams Track opportunities and follow up on proposals Attend networking events and industry meetings Help grow recurring business relationships Assist customers with AV, conference room, security, and infrastructure solutions Preferred Experience Experience in low-voltage, AV, security, electrical, construction, or technology sales preferred Knowledge of structured cabling, access control, AV/conference room systems, fiber, or security systems is a plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to manage multiple opportunities and customers Valid driver’s license required Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000 Aggressive commission structure Performance bonuses Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (depending on experience) Career growth opportunities Supportive team environment Why Join Us?
