Duties Engage with customers in person, and via digital channels to identify their needs and recommend suitable products or services. Utilize strong communication skills to upsell additional products or services that enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue. Perform heavy lifting when handling merchandise or supplies, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and route schedules for optimal efficiency Demonstrate excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues professionally, and building lasting relationships Experience Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is highly desirable Knowledge of pricing strategies and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Strong math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and profit margins accurately Familiarity with merchandising practices to ensure product displays are attractive and accessible Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during product handling or stock replenishment Excellent organizational skills for managing schedules, routes, and inventory effectively demonstrating discipline, teamwork, and leadership qualities 3 references are required Join us as a Sales Representative and become part of a lively team dedicated to exceeding customer expectations!
