Responsibilities Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services Conduct route driving to visit clients, ensuring timely deliveries and service appointments Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer trust Utilize strong communication skills to explain pricing options, product features, and benefits clearly and transparently Perform merchandising tasks to ensure displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards Handle heavy lifting when loading or unloading products during deliveries or stock replenishment Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and route schedules to optimize efficiency Skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively Strong math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and profit margins accurately Knowledge of pricing strategies and upselling techniques to increase sales volume Valid commercial driving license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during product handling Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering positive experiences Organizational skills to manage route schedules, inventory, and merchandising efforts effectively Experience in military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline, teamwork, and adaptability in fast-paced environments Join us as a Sales Representative where your energy fuels success!
