Conduct route driving efficiently, adhering to safety regulations and traffic laws, including heavy lifting when handling merchandise or equipment. Manage merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured products effectively. Utilize strong communication skills to explain pricing structures clearly and answer customer questions confidently. Perform commercial driving duties, maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness throughout daily routes. Organize daily schedules, prioritize deliveries, and maintain accurate records of sales transactions and route activities. Skills Proficient in pricing strategies and the ability to communicate value propositions clearly. Experience in commercial driving with a valid driver’s license; familiarity with route driving is essential. Strong math skills for calculating costs, discounts, and profit margins accurately. Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques to increase sales volume. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Effective communication skills for engaging with diverse customers and team members. Knowledge of merchandising principles to optimize product placement and presentation. Physical capability for heavy lifting and performing organizational tasks efficiently. Organizational skills to manage multiple routes, deliveries, and customer interactions seamlessly. Military background is a plus, bringing discipline and strategic thinking to the role.
