MUST RESIDE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA > 1099 Position, $1,250 Bi-Monthly Bonus, Plus a One-Time 50% Commission on New Accounts Obtained < For example, if you land an account that will gross us $4,000 monthly, your commission would be $2,000 for that account.There is no cap on commission or the number of accounts you close.There is also no minimum or maximum dollar amount on the contracts obtained, they are all subject to a one-time 50% commission.Annual bonuses could become available; it all depends on experience.Now a little more on the position:Sales representative needed, janitorial services background required.We have tried different marketing techniques, but the owner is adamant that hiring a sales representative internally is what works best.Moreover, he feels no technology could ever surpass the results that someone in-house can produce.We have purchased Zoom Info which will be available for you to use while you build your book of business.The job consists mainly of contacting companies in need of janitorial services and being able to schedule a site visit for you and/or management to pay them a visit and quote them.We are open to emailing, calling, in-person approaches and other techniques, such as referrals from our current clientele.While this is a flexible hybrid position, in person attendance is required only for site visits.A comfortable office setting with lots of room for growth is available if you were to choose to work from our office in Ontario, CA.We are starting this position on a part-time basis but have the capability to make it full-time instantly, along with room for multiple reps.It all depends on the applicants and their abilities.Qualifications Proven experience in sales, particularly in B2B and outside sales environments Strong negotiation and customer service skills Familiarity with janitorial services and marketing strategies Proficiency in ZoomInfo and territory management Experience in account management and business development Strong analytical skills and experience with cold calling Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$2,500.00 - $250,000.00 per month Benefits:Employee discount Flexible schedule Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Referral program People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience:Janitorial Services Sales:2 years (Required) Language:English (Required) Shift availability:Day Shift (Required) Work Location:Hybrid remote in Ontario, CA 91761.
