Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Sales Representative/Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence across diverse customer segments. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in outside sales, marketing, and technical energy solutions to connect with potential clients, build lasting relationships, and lead sales initiatives. Your multilingual skills and proficiency with CRM software will empower you to communicate effectively with a broad audience, including bilingual communities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead sales efforts in a fast-paced environment, champion customer service excellence, and contribute to innovative energy solutions such as solar sales. Whether working door-to-door or engaging through strategic outreach, your leadership will inspire teams and elevate our brand’s reach. Responsibilities Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Lead negotiations with clients to secure sales agreements that meet both customer needs and company goals. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining technical energy solutions like solar systems, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. Manage a team of sales representatives by providing coaching, training on technical sales techniques, and fostering a results-driven environment. Maintain comprehensive records of all sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions within CRM platforms. Experience Proven success in outside sales roles within energy or solar sales industries. Experience with door-to-door sales campaigns or direct community engagement strategies. Strong background in marketing principles applied to lead generation and brand awareness. Multilingual abilities (bilingual proficiency) are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools used for managing customer relationships. Demonstrated negotiation skills that result in successful closing of sales deals. Leadership experience in managing or mentoring a team of sales professionals is preferred.
