This role is responsible for developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our range of food-grade containers and packaging solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within target markets (food service, food processing, distribution, etc.) Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular communication and account management Present and promote company products, emphasizing quality, compliance, and customization capabilities Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreements Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, quality) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required) 3+ years of sales experience in a manufacturing environment Direct experience in food containers, packaging, aluminum, or related industries strongly preferred Strong understanding of food safety standards and packaging requirements is a plus Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events Key Skills: B2B sales expertise Technical product knowledge (manufacturing/packaging) Customer relationship management (CRM) Problem-solving and consultative selling Negotiation and closing skills Working Conditions: Combination of office and client site visits Occasional travel for customer meetings, trade shows, and plant visits
