Job Description
A Modular Home Sales Representative guides customers through buying, customizing, and financing modular homes, acting as a liaison between clients, manufacturers, and contractors.They conduct model home tours, manage the sales process from inquiry to closing, and often work at manufacturers, retailers, or dealerships, requiring strong communication, sales skills, and construction knowledge Key Responsibilities Customer Consultation:Assessing client needs, explaining floor plans, and customizing options.Sales Process Ownership:Managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing high-ticket sales.Product Expertise:Providing in-depth information about modular construction, materials, and features.Coordination:Assisting with contracts, financing options, and sometimes construction timelines.Showcase/Tour:Giving tours of model homes and maintaining showroom standards.Job Requirements & Qualifications Experience:Proven experience in sales, preferably in manufactured/modular homes, real estate, or high-ticket retail.Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Tech Savvy:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Requirements:A valid state manufactured home sales license may be required in certain states Pay:$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits:Relocation assistance Experience:Sales:3 years (Required) Work Location:In person.
