Description Omega Liner Company is a manufacturer of underground pipe liner and installation equipment serving the trenchless rehabilitation industry. We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the Dallas / Ft. Worth area. Position Overview The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting Omega Liner Company’s products and services throughout the region. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, municipalities, and industry partners Generate new sales opportunities within the Dallas / Ft. Worth market Present and promote underground pipe lining and installation equipment Provide excellent customer service and support Travel locally within the territory as needed Work closely with management to achieve sales goals Qualifications Sales experience preferred Experience in construction, underground utilities, trenchless technology, or related industries is a plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive compensation Opportunity for growth Supportive team environment Established and innovative product line If you are interested in joining a growing company in the underground utility industry, we would love to hear from you. Job Summary This role is responsible for acquiring new customers, driving sales of liners and equipment, and building long-term relationships to foster customer loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering customer-focused solutions. Key Responsibilities Acquire extensive knowledge about all of Omega Liner products and services Identify and acquire new customers for the sale of Omega Liner Company liners and equipment. Develop and implement strategic plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business. Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives and performance metrics. Prepare and deliver detailed and accurate sales reports. Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and align solutions accordingly. Represent Omega Liner Company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions. Conduct customer education sessions and product demonstrations Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in underground infrastructure rehabilitation. Strong knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Excellent negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Work Environment This position requires travel to customer sites, trade shows, and events as needed.
