Duties Engage with customers in person, over the phone, or via digital channels to promote products and services Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to encourage purchases Identify customer needs through active listening and suggest appropriate solutions or upgrades (upselling) Manage route driving responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of products and merchandise Perform merchandising tasks, including product placement, inventory management, and visual displays Handle heavy lifting of products during deliveries and stock replenishments safely and efficiently Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, pricing adjustments, and customer interactions Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and resolve any concerns promptly Qualifications Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Knowledge of pricing strategies and the ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving is a plus Strong organizational skills to manage routes, schedules, and inventory effectively Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse customers and team members Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting and extended route driving comfortably Background in military service or experience with disciplined routines is advantageous but not mandatory Join us if you’re ready to energize your career in sales!
