Duties Engage with customers in person and via phone to identify their needs and recommend suitable products or services Conduct route driving to visit clients, deliver products, or perform merchandising tasks efficiently Utilize strong communication skills to upsell additional products or services that add value for customers Assist with merchandising displays, ensuring products are well-organized and visually appealing Maintain organized records of outreach and sales activities, customer interactions, and route schedules Demonstrate excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Apply organizational skills to plan daily routes and prioritize customer visits for maximum efficiency Experience Prior experience in sales, customer service, or merchandising is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving is a plus Familiarity with route driving, and basic math for handling pricing calculations and inventory management Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and extended periods of driving or standing Join us as a Sales Representative and become part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while growing your career!
