Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated B2B Sales Representative specializing in Restoration Services, including water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation. In this role, you will drive new business opportunities by establishing strong relationships with commercial clients, property managers, insurance adjusters, and contractors. Your energetic approach and industry knowledge will help expand our presence in the restoration industry, ensuring clients receive top-quality service during their most challenging times. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain referral relationships with Contractors, insurance adjusters, etc. Conduct door-to-door outreach and in-person meetings to establish new business connections Develop and execute a structured territory plan to drive lead generation Represent the company professionally in all client interactions Track outreach efforts and maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and partners Collaborate with operations team to ensure a smooth handoff and client experience Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in restoration, construction, or home services Strong background in door-to-door marketing and face-to-face sales Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred Experience: Existing network within the restoration service industry Knowledge of insurance-related restoration processes Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission structure Performance-based incentives Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding company Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
