Sales Representative – Door-to-Door We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to drive growth through direct customer engagement in residential neighborhoods. You will be the face of our brand — knocking doors, building genuine connections, and offering tailored solutions that meet each customer's needs. Duties Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods to prospect and engage potential customers directly at their door Present products and services in a compelling, friendly manner that builds trust and interest on the spot Upsell additional offerings to maximize value for the customer and revenue for the team Handle objections confidently and professionally to close sales effectively Manage pricing and promotions accurately to offer competitive solutions Maintain organized territory logs and daily visit records Relay customer feedback and inquiries to the appropriate team members promptly Set up product displays or leave-behind materials when applicable Meet or exceed daily and weekly door-knock and conversion targets Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to travel between territories Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfort speaking with strangers is essential Experience in sales, upselling, or customer-facing roles preferred Solid math skills for quoting prices, discounts, and totals on the spot Self-motivated with the ability to work independently throughout the day Physical stamina for walking routes and working outdoors in varying conditions Organizational skills for tracking territory coverage and daily activity logs Perks Paid position with earning potential tied to performance Free sales training provided to set you up for success Complimentary Segway provided for efficient territory coverage Pay: $200.00 - $500.00 per day Benefits Paid training Work Location: In person
