Job Summary R&R Auto Finance is looking for a motivated, dependable, and self-driven team member to help manage daily dealership operations. This is more than just a sales position — we need someone who can help run the dealership, handle customers professionally, stay organized, and help us continue growing. This position is ideal for someone with automotive sales, customer service, office management, or dealership experience who wants an opportunity to grow with an independent dealership. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls, texts, and Facebook/Internet leads Follow up with customers and old leads Assist customers through the sales process Work finance applications and gather required documents Manage and update dealership website/inventory Help keep the car lot clean, organized, and presentable Handle DMV paperwork one day per week Post vehicles online and assist with marketing Communicate professionally with customers regarding approvals, down payments, and appointments Help with day-to-day dealership operations as needed Requirements Strong communication skills Reliable transportation Ability to stay organized and multitask Basic computer and smartphone knowledge Sales or dealership experience preferred Positive attitude and willingness to work Self-motivated and dependable Compensation & Benefits Base Pay + Commission Monthly Bonuses Paid Holidays Opportunity for growth Some Saturdays required Pay: $500.00 - $1,500.00 per week Benefits Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Paid training Referral program Work Location: In person
