Its customer-centered approach and expertise allow it to deliver efficient, compliant, and value-driven refrigerant exchange solutions. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in San Antonio, TX, offering a base salary plus uncapped commission. The Sales Representative will prospect and qualify new HVAC contractor accounts, conduct outbound calls and in-person visits, and manage a sales pipeline to grow refrigerant buyback and exchange business. Daily responsibilities include presenting ALFA CANTOR’s Buyback Program, preparing quotes, negotiating pricing and terms within guidelines, and closing deals. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups, service check-ins, and account reviews to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. The Sales Representative will also collaborate with internal teams on logistics, cylinder exchanges, and customer support, while tracking activity and results in CRM tools and providing feedback on market trends and competitor activity. Qualifications Proven skills in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and closing sales, ideally in B2B or industrial markets. Experience building and managing a sales pipeline, including account planning, forecasting, and CRM usage. Strong relationship-building, customer service, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Ability to negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines while maintaining a consultative, solution-focused approach. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized, with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
