Duties Engage with customers in person and over the phone to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services Conduct route driving to visit clients, deliver products, and maintain strong customer relationships Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction Manage pricing strategies effectively to ensure competitive offers while maintaining profitability Perform merchandising tasks by organizing displays and ensuring product availability on shelves Assist customers with product information, pricing details, and answering inquiries clearly and confidently Handle heavy lifting when loading or unloading products during deliveries or stock replenishments Maintain organized records of sales activities, route schedules, and customer interactions Apply strong communication skills to negotiate deals, resolve issues, and promote ongoing customer loyalty Support the team with organizational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer service roles; military experience is a plus due to discipline and leadership skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving is highly desirable Strong math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and profit margins accurately Knowledge of pricing strategies and upselling techniques to increase sales volume Excellent communication skills for engaging customers effectively and building rapport Ability to drive safely on route driving schedules while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols Physical ability for heavy lifting and performing merchandising duties as needed Organizational skills for managing routes, schedules, and inventory efficiently Join us as a Sales Representative where your proactive approach will energize your career!
