Now we’re looking for someone who can sell that mission. This is for someone who: Loves talking to people Can build trust fast Knows how to close Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment What you’ll do: Convert leads into members Follow up relentlessly (calls, texts, in-person) Give tours and sell programs Help people take the first step toward becoming their best selves What we’re looking for: Sales experience (fitness or martial arts is a plus, not required) High energy, high ownership, no excuses Strong communication skills Someone who actually cares about people—not just the sale Qualifications: Passion for martial arts and fitness. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Energetic and outgoing personality. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus. Knowledge of martial arts or fitness training is a bonus but not required.
