Position Summary The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing an assigned portfolio of wholesale accounts across coffee and café supplies while actively generating new business within a defined territory. This role is primarily field-based and focused on outside sales activity, balancing relationship management with disciplined prospecting to drive sustainable revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Account Management Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of wholesale accounts across coffee and café supplies Maintain proactive, consistent communication to support retention and revenue growth Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across product lines Conduct regular in-person visits, tastings, and product trainings Support contract renewals and reinforce value during customer discussions New Business Development Prospect and develop new wholesale opportunities within the assigned territory Build relationships with cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, and distributor partners Develop and execute a territory growth plan aligned with revenue targets Present coffee programs, café supplies, and related solutions clearly and professionally Maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline Sales Execution & Operations Meet or exceed established revenue, growth, and activity goals Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and pipeline tracking Partner cross-functionally with operations, training, and equipment/service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing account support Represent Talitha and Lofty brands with professionalism and strong product knowledge Support broader sales initiatives and projects as needed Performance Expectations Growth within assigned accounts across all product categories Net new account acquisition Achievement of revenue and activity targets Strong customer retention and satisfaction Consistent pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy Qualifications 1+years experience in the coffee industry 1+ years of B2B sales experience (coffee, food & beverage, hospitality, or CPG preferred) Demonstrated success in managing and growing customer relationships Proven ability to generate new business Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and account activity Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the territoryWork Environment & Schedule Primarily field-based role with up to 75% travel within assigned territory Schedule may vary based on business needs, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends Compensation & Classification Notes This position is classified as Exempt under the California Outside Sales exemption The role is expected to be primarily engaged in sales activities performed outside of the office Compensation includes a base salary with additional bonus eligibility; any incentive compensation will be administered in accordance with applicable California wage and hour laws Business-related expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with California Labor Code Section 2802 Equal Opportunity Statement Talitha Coffee is an equal opportunity employer.
