Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging, face-to-face sales presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers located at award-winning resorts. Build rapport and establish connections with prospective and existing owners. Communicate the benefits of vacationing with Travel Leisure in an impactful and inspiring way. Close sales effectively using proven techniques--no cold calling required; all leads are prequalified and provided by the company. Participate in ongoing professional development and advanced sales training to sharpen your skills. Flexible schedules with an 8-hour day shift; some weekend availability required. No travel required outside the local area. What We Expect From You: High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred. Energetic, outgoing, and tenacious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced luxury sales cycle. Ability to maintain production standards and overcome objections effectively. Must hold or be able to obtain applicable real estate and/or timeshare licenses. Reliable commute or relocation to Seaside, OR, before starting work.
