Sales Representative – Water Source Heat Pump Systems

Aquarius Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Inc. is looking for motivated and self-driven sales representatives to generate and close new business opportunities for Water Source Heat Pump installations in residential condominium and apartment buildings. This position is ideal for aggressive salespeople with experience in HVAC, construction, property management, or building services sales. You will be responsible for: Prospecting residential buildings, condominiums, and property management companies Generating leads and setting appointments Presenting HVAC replacement and installation solutions Coordinating with our estimating and operations team Closing projects and maintaining customer relationships Requirements: Sales experience preferred HVAC or construction knowledge is a plus Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Reliable transportation Ability to work independently What We Offer: High commission structure (10% on closed sales) Unlimited earning potential Support from an established commercial HVAC company Opportunity to grow in the South Florida market Flexible schedule Pay: Up to $10,000.00 per week Benefits Health insurance Work Location: On the road
