We are looking for a dynamic full-time Sales Specialist – Financial Case Manager to join our team in Concord, NC. This is an opportunity to convert warm leads into committed patients while earning a base salary ranging from $18-$24 per hour plus additional commission where superstars can have the potential to exceed $100K in annual earnings! Compensation is salary-based and designed to align with both commitment and results. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT While prior sales experience is required, comprehensive training for this role will be provided. We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to learn, dedicated to mastering the details of their role, and committed to achieving excellence. Proven sales experience, preferably commission-based / direct sales within medical, pharmaceutical, medispa, real estate, or other high-ticket industries, is preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust, explain value, and confidently close high-dollar transactions A motivated closer who is results-driven, professional, and eager to exceed quotas and maximize commissions Business-minded and professional, with knowledge of the financial side of patient care and sales-driven healthcare services Someone who is comfortable learning how to do patient consultations, health histories and uncovering patients motivating factors to commit to and to succeed at life changing treatment plans.
