Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Gilbert, AZ. The Sales Specialist will focus on guiding potential clients through the enrollment process, explaining the benefits of re:vitalize’s wellness program, and developing personalized plans based on client goals. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients, managing inquiries, maintaining detailed customer records, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service. The role may also involve collaboration with the wellness team to ensure customer satisfaction and contributing to ongoing training initiatives. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs Proven experience in Sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets Competence in Sales Management and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance overall performance Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their personal goals High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
