Market Research (Marketing Department · North America) Sales Specialist (Marketing Department · North America) Job Responsibilities Follow up on merchant leads from market research, product management, and marketing teams within 1 day, and drive contract signing. Address merchant concerns through cross-functional collaboration: Product-related questions → Product Manager; Data-related questions → Data Analyst; Marketing or campaign questions → Marketing team 3. Match solutions to Tier A/B/C needs. After contract signing, synchronize actual merchant requirements with the product, data, and marketing teams to drive service optimization. Conduct daily dual reviews of sales performance and cross-team collaboration effectiveness, providing actionable feedback (e.g., “High-intent merchants from market research are more focused on cost savings—recommend strengthening ROI calculation demos.”). Qualifications (Cross-Functional Collaboration Focus) Current university student or recent graduate; any major is welcome. Ability to quickly coordinate with multiple teams to resolve merchant questions. Strong capability to accurately relay merchant needs and drive execution across teams. **This is an Unpaid internship.
