The Sales Specialist will oversee daily sales tasks, including engaging with clients to identify insurance and financial needs, providing tailored recommendations, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales goals, handling customer inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and participating in training sessions to stay updated on State Farm products and services. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively address inquiries and foster positive client relationships. Sales expertise, including the ability to identify needs, deliver tailored solutions, and close deals in a professional manner. Experience in Training and Sales Management, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve targets. Proven ability to work in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Goal-oriented mindset, with strong organizational and time management skills. State insurance licensing or willingness to obtain necessary licenses upon hire. Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a strong advantage sign on bonus for already licensed and qualified applicants .
