Sales Support Representative:In-Person.Part time/Full Time (Seasonal) Moxie Pest Control in Salt Lake City, Utah is looking for an adaptable, coachable, fast learner who can assist our Sales Experts in giving our internal and external customers fantastic service for our summer season! Responsibilities Handle a variety of inbound and outbound calls Answer text messages Open lines of communication with salesmen/field care experts Manage start routes Help with scheduling Problem solving Hybrid of sales and customer service Skills, Traits, and Attributes:Detail oriented and organized Punctual and reliable Positive, get-it-done attitude Multitasking abilities Ability to be a peacemaker! Role Description:Sales support representatives will handle inbound and outbound welcome calls/texts.They will also be recording and updating important customer information that is imperative to the customers safe and enjoyable experience with our company for years to come.They will remain in close communication with our salesmen and field care experts to ensure the smooth start up of new customers.Sales support representatives will assist with managing start routes for salesmen and fixing scheduling errors that salesmen may make.The nature of this sales support position does not often include encountering angry or escalated customers.However, when these situations do arise, they must be willing to calmly resolve the situation as effectively as possible.Sales experience is a big plus, but not required.Thanks for applying and good luck!
