Your Role: The Sales Support Specialist provides operational support to the sales team, working closely with the Global Accounts Director. This role is responsible for maintaining momentum across active opportunities by managing client communications, tracking pipeline activity, and ensuring internal systems and workflows remain accurate and up to date. This is a non-selling role, focused on supporting the sales process through organization, proposal development, and execution. The Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in advancing opportunities, preparing client-facing materials, and ensuring smooth, well-documented handoffs to the project team. This is a part-time, remote position with an anticipated workload of 20-25 hours per week. Work hours may vary based on business needs, client meetings, and project timelines. Candidates must reside in North Carolina, Ohio, or Texas. Essential Functions Support active client opportunities by managing communications, tracking pipeline activity, and ensuring consistent follow-up Draft and send follow-up communications based on client conversations, proposals, and next steps Coordinate meeting scheduling and manage calendars with clients and internal stakeholders Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure all pipeline activity, client notes, and next steps are properly documented Track proposals, client responses, contract terms, renewals and sponsorship timelines Assist with building, formatting, and updating client proposals, scopes of work, and quotes using PandaDoc Prepare and transition finalized scope details into project management tools
