Sales Support & Warehouse Associate

Apex Granite Outlet is a growing kitchen and bath supplier with multiple warehouse locations across California. We specialize in cabinets, countertops, sinks, and bathroom products for homeowners, contractors, and designers. We are looking for a motivated and dependable Sales Support & Warehouse Associate to join our Carson team. This position combines customer service, showroom support, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist walk-in customers, contractors, and pickup orders Support sales team with order preparation and customer service Pull, stage, and prepare cabinet, countertop, sink, and bath product orders Load and unload products safely and efficiently Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization Help check inventory and restock showroom displays Coordinate with warehouse and front desk staff to ensure smooth operations Assist with deliveries, transfers, and basic inventory tasks Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times Qualifications Previous warehouse, customer service, retail, or building material experience preferred Ability to lift and move heavy products regularly Comfortable working in both warehouse and showroom environments Forklift experience is a plus Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and communication skills Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Vietnamese is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials Comfortable working indoors and in warehouse environments Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunity for overtime and advancement Full-time position Why Join Apex Granite Outlet?
