Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team.The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve our diverse clientele.The position offers an opportunity to develop sales skills and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced retail environment.Responsibilities Assist customers with product selection and answer inquiries using strong phone etiquette and communication skills Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits of merchandise Upsell products and promote special offers to increase sales opportunities Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and stocking shelves efficiently Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cashiering and cash handling Manage inventory levels through stocking and merchandising tasks Supervise or assist in supervising sales floor activities as needed Ensure the store environment is welcoming, clean, and organized to enhance customer experience Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in grocery stores or similar environments Supervising experience is a plus for leadership roles within the team Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math is advantageous Experience with product demos, upselling, and merchandising techniques will be highly valued Bilingual skills can help serve a broader customer base effectively Strong communication skills, basic math proficiency, and good phone etiquette are essential for success in this role Job Type:Part-time Pay:$21.01 - $25.30 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Relocation assistance Work Location:In person.
