Teoxane Laboratories were established in Geneva, Switzerland, in 2003. They are specialized in the design and manufacturing of hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers and dermocosmetics. In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a: Mission We are seeking a commercially driven leader to accelerate revenue growth, build competitive advantage, and expand market share in a dynamic B2B aesthetic market. The role demands strategic vision, commercial acumen, and strong analytical capabilities. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Define and drive long-term sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Set measurable sales targets rooted in market intelligence. Design go-to-market plans informed by competitive dynamics and emerging trends. Identify commercial risks and opportunities with actionable improvement recommendations. Sales Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and hold accountable a high-performing sales team. Conduct variance analysis against plans and guide corrective actions. Drive ongoing upskilling and professional development. Own the full recruitment lifecycle for commercial roles. Design, implement, and evaluate incentive frameworks balancing qualitative and quantitative goals. Performance Analysis & Reporting Monitor goal attainment and optimise KPIs at local (to GM) and global levels. Translate sales data into actionable insights. Leverage CRM systems and BI dashboards for data-driven decision-making. Stakeholder & Client Relations Build and maintain trusted relationships with key partners and strategic accounts. Develop commercial policies and pricing models balancing competitiveness with efficiency. Lead commercial negotiations. Collaborate with local finance, marketing, and global teams on business plans and assumptions. Forecasting & Budgeting Own demand planning across brand portfolio and SKU mix. Build business cases and scenario models for new product launches. Align inventory planning with commercial forecasts. Manage the sales function's budget and optimise cost-to-serve. Your profile Bachelor’s degree, business-related fields preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales in managerial positions, including experience in the aesthetic / pharmaceutical / beauty industry. Strategic Account Management and experience in joint business plans development, ROI business case building, and long-term value proposition. Negotiation skills: Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal structures. Leadership skills: Ability to manage a team distributed across Poland. Ability to make difficult, strategic decisions. Technological proficiency: Knowledge of systems and analytical tools. Fluency in English & Polish.
