Mission Valley Marketing is a growing retail sales firm that is hiring motivated individuals to represent Frontier in a customer-facing retail environment.We are looking for individuals who are confident, people-oriented, and seeking a long-term opportunity with strong earning potential.The Frontier Sales Representative is a full-time, entry-level position with structured training provided from day one.No prior experience required! As a Sales Team Member, you will work in a retail setting, speaking directly with customers about available Frontier services.Your role is to help customers understand their options, answer questions clearly, and guide them through the enrollment process.What You'll Be Doing as a Sales Team Member:Engage with customers face-to-face in a retail setting, representing Frontiers products and services Explain Frontiers products and services in a clear way, so customers can feel confident in their decisions Help customers compare plans, pricing, and promotional offers Assist with new account setup and service enrollment Ensure customer information is accurately entered and updated Meet daily and weekly sales goals set for Frontier Sales Representatives Maintain a professional presence while representing Frontier and the company Participate in ongoing training and skill development sessions to continually improve, working towards leadership positions What We are Looking for in a Sales Team Member:Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail is helpful, but not required Strong communication skills with the ability to explain Frontiers products and services Able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment Goal-oriented and willing to grow Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Comfortable working with customers face-to-face Apply to our Frontier Sales Representative position today.We can't wait to hear from you!
