Sales Territory Manager Location: Des Moines, IA Department: Sales & Marketing Position Overview AAA Cooper Transportation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Territory Manager to lead revenue growth across our full suite of transportation services. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving business success. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue growth goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and follow-up. Create, advance, and close opportunities in your sales pipeline. Manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximize satisfaction and revenue. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Leverage CRM and business intelligence tools to guide territory planning. Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
