Salesforce Administrator/Technical Data Entry Clerk (Enterprise Sales Operations) Location: Kansas City, MO (Hybrid 3-4 days) or Remote (Austin, TX preferred) Duration: Open-ended (Potential Temp-to-Perm) Pay Rate: $40 to $45.00/hr Schedule: Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST The Opportunity Join a leader in the renewable energy and roofing sector that is transforming how homeowners generate power. The Role We are seeking a high-energy Technical Data Entry Clerk to play a vital role in Enterprise Sales Operations. This is a specialized role where you will be the primary engine ensuring solar systems transition from a signed contract to a fully operational asset for the homeowner. You will drive operational excellence, ensure data integrity across various platforms, and maintain a high-level customer experience. What You Will Do System & Data Administration: Manage daily operations for contact center platforms (Vonage, CRM, WFM), overseeing large-scale data updates and system configurations. Data Integrity & Troubleshooting: Utilize Looker and Salesforce to comb through system reports and live dashboards to pinpoint inconsistencies and implement immediate corrections. Process Optimization: Audit operational metrics and queue structures to identify inefficiencies, executing bulk updates to improve overall performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot technical issues, clean up faulty data, and integrate system enhancements. Quality Control: Enforce data accuracy and operational consistency through regular QA audits and continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring Technical Expertise: 2+ years of experience in a technical software role. Salesforce Mastery: 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator . Operational Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high tolerance for ambiguity and fast-paced environments. Urgency & Ownership: A "start-up" mentality where you are self-motivated, manage your workload autonomously, and can think on your feet. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
