Job Description
Strong understanding of Salesforce modules Experience with Finance and Sales processes: Lead Management Opportunity Management Pricing/Quoting Invoicing & Billing Revenue recognition concepts Solid understanding of data life cycle, ETL concepts, data modelling, and reporting structures. Ability to write detailed user stories, BRDs, FSDs, process flows, and use case documents. Hands-on with tools like: JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart/Visio Excel, SQL (basic knowledge preferred) Power BI/Tableau exposure (added advantage) Ability to perform data analysis, identify trends, and provide insights.
