This is a commission-based position, offering high earning potential for motivated individuals. As a Salesperson, you will be the face of our company, guiding customers through the car buying process from start to finish. You will be responsible for understanding customers’ needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, and ensuring a smooth, professional, and pleasant buying experience. Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and in-person to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. Present and explain available vehicle options, benefits, and pricing. Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their preferences and budget. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Guide customers through the entire purchasing process, including financing and trade-in options. Maintain a thorough understanding of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. Qualifications: Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with customers quickly. Knowledge of vehicle features, options, and pricing structures is preferred. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
