Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson, based in Provo, UT, with the opportunity for partial remote work. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, building long-term client relationships, and meeting sales goals. Key activities include conducting client consultations, presenting tailored financial solutions, managing active sales pipelines, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions. The role requires proactive communication with clients and collaboration with the internal team for delivering seamless service offerings. Qualifications Strong relationship-building, client engagement, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in sales strategies, negotiation tactics, and closing techniques. Goal-oriented mindset with effective time management and organizational skills. Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to tailor solutions to individual client needs. Familiarity with financial concepts and experience in financial services or related industries is a plus. Experience using CRM software and other sales tools for tracking pipeline activity. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required. Motivated self-starter who thrives in both independent and collaborative environments.
