Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Ozark, MO, for a Salesperson. Responsibilities include, pursuing leads generated by Silvercreek lead funnels, generating new leads, meeting with potential clients to understand their needs, presenting customized solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Salesperson will also prepare and present quotes, close sales, and collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensuring quality service delivery and resolving customer inquiries are key aspects of this role. Qualifications Strong sales and customer relationship management skills Experience in lead generation, presentations, and closing sales Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Knowledge of the construction and exteriors industry is a plus Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, sales, or marketing is a bonus Strong starter with the ability to identify customer pain points and help them solve them with our products and services. Time and calendar management a must. Willing to learn and be coached to follow our sales scripts and systems. Receiving lots of leads right now due to the storm and we're expanding our marketing to keep them coming after the storm rush of leads cools off.
